She sits for an extended period of time during her sessions, and lately she has been complaining of neck and back pain as a result of it. She also recently strained her lower back, and she came to our facility in search of pain relief. We started her session with a series of neck and lower back stretches. She also received myofascial release to address her upper thoracic and shoulder trigger points. We continued her session with a series of loud cracking pain relieving chiropractic adjustments to improve her range of motion. Lastly, she received massages to her neck and lower back.
