Duplicate your layer by pressing Cmd or Ctrl + J depending if you are on MacBook or windows, convert your layer to a smart object this will allow options later on when using the Gaussian blur, Select Filter then Blur then Gaussian blur change the radius to 10 and press ok. Step2. Change the blend mode to Screen and reduce the opacity if needed for your image. create a new layer and with the paint fill select an orange color and fill in the layer change the blend mode from normal to overlay and reduce the opacity this adds a warm orangey filter effect.
