Scissors Rit Dye in whatever colors you like! We used Tan, Petal Pink, Tangerine, Cocoa Brown, Teal, Navy Salt Mixing bowl Dye bottles Gloves WOODEN FRAME (2) 1x2 wood (1) 1x3 wood (2) 1” blocks Wood glue Bar clamps Varathane Special Walnut Stain Minwax Clear Gloss Polyurethane Foam brush ✨MEASUREMENTS FOR DYING CORD✨ For every 1 pound (lb) of cord use the following ratios: 3 gallons water 1/2 cup salt 1/2 bottle Rit Dye *convert as needed based on the weight of your cord **do NOT use Synthetic dye (this is what I used the first time around and it does NOT work on macrame cord) This has to be one of my favorite projects to date! When I saw DIYers all over my feed making this beautiful industrial style grid mirror I knew I had to try my hand at it 😍 In comparison to buying something like this in a retail store, we were able to create the same look for a fraction of the cost. It is now the focal point and conversation starter of our living space🪞✨ I hope you love it as much as we dooooo 😊 Also!!
