Prepare the Honey Syrup: • In a heatproof container, combine 30ml (45g) of honey with 125ml of warm water. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved. • Note: The 125ml of water not only dissolves the honey but also serves as the dilution for the cocktail, ensuring it’s ready to drink straight from the refrigerator or freezer. 2. Mix the Cocktail Base: • In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the prepared honey syrup, 312.5ml of gin (blending 100ml Four Pillars yuzu gin and 212.5ml Citadelle gin), 312.5ml dry vermouth, ½ teaspoon orange bitters, and ¼ teaspoon saline solution (approximately 33 drops). Stir well to integrate all ingredients. 3. Clarify with Milk: • In a separate large bowl, pour 280ml of whole milk. • Slowly pour the cocktail mixture into the milk, allowing the milk to curdle.
