✨25 Years of Khalsa Aid! ✨ This year, Khalsa Aid International proudly marks 25 years of serving humanity. Founded in the UK, Khalsa Aid is a global humanitarian relief charity dedicated to providing aid to victims of natural and man-made disasters such as floods, earthquakes, famine, and war. The charity was established in 1999 by Ravinder (Ravi) Singh, who was deeply moved by the suffering of refugees during the Kosovo crisis. That same year also marked the 300th anniversary of the Khalsa, offering a powerful moment for the Sikh community to reflect on the core teachings of their faith. Ravi was particularly inspired by the Sikh principle of “Sarbat da Bhalla” – meaning “the well-being of all.” This guiding philosophy emphasizes the importance of recognizing our shared humanity and helping those in need, regardless of race, religion, or borders. As we look back on 25 years of impact, we honor the unwavering commitment of our volunteers and supporters who continue to live out the spirit of “Sarbat da Bhalla” every day.
