Leslie Hale, an evangelist from Belfast had a vision from God, to build a super church in Northern Ireland. The project failed and was never completed, it has been derelict since the early 1980s. God told him to leave and go to America with the vision. Some people say he was a fraud and disappeared with the money raised. Denied by Hale and investigated by the RUC, the director or public prosecutions decided there were no prosecutions to be answered. Over 30 years later, The Tabernacle In The Wilderness opened, in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
