Welcome to my new channel. I’m Hassaan: a data scientist at GivingTuesday and a civic-tech startup founder. Almost every week, people reach out to me asking how to become a data scientist from a non-technical background. They’re curious about data, but overwhelmed by jargon, coding, and the feeling that they’re already behind. I made this channel to change that. This is a space for non-technical people who want to understand data science in a practical, human way — without feeling intimidated or excluded. I’ll walk through real work I actually do, explain concepts in plain English, and focus on how data is used in the real world, not just theory or buzzwords. You don’t need to know how to code.
