In this day in age where you are hated for being white instead of the content of your character. That’s what pushed me to my tipping point. My whole life I have treated people the same way they treat me regardless of what color you are. In fact ever since I started doing music I went out of my way to prove I wasn’t racist, and all that did was get me nowhere. I am done biting my tongue, I come from the slum, the only ones that are privileged are the ones who’s family have something to offer them. I grew up with a single mom raised on food stamps The struggle was real. I grew up idolizing drug dealers instead of people who were upstanding members of society, that’s how I ended up in prison. Where I grew up privileged kids were the kids who had their father in the house. I am just so fed up with all the cancel culture crap, and that’s what it is crap. People telling you who you are based on your skin color matches someone who owned slaves. I refuse to let you teach my kids that they are the oppressor. Having them feel guilty for someone else’s past mistakes. That’s why I wrote this song not because my heart is full of hate I just want to shed light on the subject, and what bullshit it is. Look I think instead of teaching people they are held down, and will never amount to nothing. I think they need to boast accomplishments and teach you can be anything you want. We even as a people elected the nations first black president. So don’t tell me this country is racist, you’ll just hear me tell you fuck off!!
