We went on a full day trip out to Hunter Valley for a wine & food tour! Our guide, Jimmy, was amazing! We first dropped by the iconic Sydney Fish Market to get breakfast and fresh seafood for our food throughout the day, and then headed out to the Hawkesbury River, where Jimmy made our breakfast on one of the free BBQ pits in the park. We also had a sushi rolling class with the seafood Jimmy bought! Then, it was time to hit the wineries, and we headed to 3 wineries, where we tasted a variety of wines and food made by Jimmy. It was truly an amazing day out with great weather, company, food and wine! Nothing more you can ask for :) Oh and we spotted wild kangaroos hanging out by the vines!
