Discover Playa Morón beach with its 17th century cannon, a remnant from the French presence in the island, while you enjoy its calm waters and excellent white sand. Being sheltered from the winds, this beach has few waves and is perfect for quiet and tempting baths. It is surrounded by other beaches equally isolated and paradisiac, such as Playa de la Lanza del Norte beach, only two kilometers to the north. To get here, you are advised to hire a local guide, since it’s not an easy track and the roads are not in good shape. Despite all, the experience is unique, since - once you arrive - the rainforest landscape that surrounds the beach of white and fine sand makes the trip worthy. Being far from civilization, the beach has neither services nor many tourists. Hence, you will not face the drawback represented by crowds. Also, it is one of the few spots where to take amazing photographs without anybody interfering.
