I kindly convinced my boss to let me film a documentary of his weight loss over this year, to not only motivate himself but to motivate others! It's important to live life with no limitations and this is Robs biggest limitation in life. He will openly share his struggles, his downfalls, his biggest why and his reasons for all the weight gain. A note from me: Please be kind. It has taken Rob a lot of courage to agree to this. He has his own reasons for the weight gain.. we all have our own story that you can't see from the outside so don't judge a book by its cover especially when you don't know what happened inside! Please remember that. I've come to realise it's a very fast downward spiral once you let it get out of hand and a long way out.. especially alone. So I'm hoping I can guide Rob back on the right path and hopefully others that struggle alone too. Let's do this!!
