the Corbin Russwin series 2810 door closer. I couldn't find any manual online for this particularly old model of an automatic door closer so hopefully this helps you. you can adjust the latching speed (the speed in last few inches as the door latches closed) by adjusting the very small hex wrench screw on left end of the mechansim. Turning the wrench clockwise will slow the door's latching speed. As for the door swing speed, as I say in the video, I believe the flathead screw on the other end of the mechanism adjusts that, but me playing around with it had no effect for my door's swing speed. I'm not sure if my theory about the flathead screw is wrong or if my door's one is broken, luckily my issue with my door was the latching speed only.
