Welcome to my new video! This project is a dream come true. I wanted an enduro bike for racing, bikepark and some gnarlier and rougher trails. As I really like the concept of a high pivot, my selection was significantly narrowed. The Forbidden Dreadnought was definitely my most favourite. 170/160mm of travel seemed pretty suitable for my future plans and overall direction of riding. I love the inverted Horst-link suspension from an engineering standpoint and in terms of geometry, size M is perfect for me and longer chainstays also make a lot of sense to me. So I found a really good deal od a Dreadnought frame and decided to build it up by myself, that even included lacing up the wheels. I’m an amateur home mechanic, so working with a frame this expensive, I was pretty scared going into this. In the end I’m very glad I did it and I’m beyond grateful to be riding this bike.
