TIMESTAMPS 00:05 - Minis Production The various minis are formed using high-pressure plastic injection molds. Once cooled, each piece is inspected for imperfections or any excess plastic to ensure quality and consistency. (Can we acknowledge how cool the robot crane is?) 00:38 - Card Production Here, card sheets are test-printed and reviewed to ensure perfect colour matching before final production. Ink levels, paper stock, and lighting conditions are all adjusted to match the original design. 00:52 - Player Component Production This process is the same as the one above! 01:13 - Fridge Production This process is the same as the one above! 01:23 - Token Production Before applying the printing to wooden tokens, the colour matching process is applied here too! 01:46 - Vac Tray Production The trays start out as heated plastic sheets that are softened until they're pliable. The machine you see going up and down applied a custom mold using vacuum suction, forming the various compartments for each game component. After cooling, the trays are cleaned using compressed air guns which blow away leftover plastic scraps and dust.
