This is a Stamina Templar PVE build and Iron Atronach Parse for the Dragonhold patch. The Stamina Templar has seen some significant improvements since the release of Scalebreaker. The main one is the long-awaited fix for Power of the Light, which can also now deal Critical Damage. Ritual of Retribution is also a pretty strong Magicka-costing AOE skill, which gives a heal and deals very useful damage. The Stamina Templar in Dragonhold is a bit of an AOE Machine as a result, to go with its competitive Single Target DPS. This parse was performed by @Panaa, who raids with Stress Tested on PC EU. Link to @Panaa's YouTube channel: / @panaa_ --- We are using the Max Stamina/Stamina Regen food, with 64 points into Stamina for all Stamina Setups in these rotations. Gear used here: 5x Lokkestiiz, 5x Relequen, 2x Selene. (See build screenshot for full details). The above is used simply for purposes of comparison against other classes, in this test environment. Race used: Orc Alternatives (none quite as good): Dunmer, Woodelf, Redguard, Khajiit In real raid situations, consider Artaeum Takeaway Broth or Max HP Max Stam as food alternatives. Other gear that is perfectly suitable for different situations/builds include: Deadly Strikes, Leviathan, Tzogvin, Advancing Yokeda, Velidreth, Maarselok CMX Parse, Build (Gear, Skills, CPs), Superstar from Video -- https://imgur.com/a/0uhyRTf -- Rotation (Courtesy of @Panaa) To summarise: Start: Hail - Trap - Ritual - Balista Jabs - POTL - Jabs x5 - POTL Repeat: Hail - Ritual Jabs x2 - POTL - Jabs x5 - POTL Replace a cast of Jabs with Barbed Trap or Dawnbreaker whenever you need to cast them. Remember now that for each POTL cast, the Minor Fracture debuff lasts 9 seconds, so there is no need to worry about being perfect on the recasting of this skill. Just do make sure to let it explode before recasting it! The vMA Bow is in use here. There is no real benefit in casting Poison Injection in the first place here since we want to be spending as much time as possible casting Jabs for the subsequent Burning Light procs. This pretty much means that Master's Bow is out of the question. If you did want to play with Poison Injection and Master's Bow, it is still possible, but it's really not worth the effort. 2x Daggers with this setup may well be more effective than 1x Dagger, 1x Axe. This type of rotation doesn't give too many chances to proc the axe bleed. Someone help @Panaa farm that second dagger! Selene is an effective Monster Set on Stamplar, but Maarselok, with Bashing, is a fine alternative, and so is Velidreth. Deadly Strikes will be a really good alternative for Lokkestiiz, and also Relequen in fights, where keeping those stacks up are not so easy. Dawnbreaker, when used, gives 300 weapon damage bonus before modifiers for a respectable 20 seconds, so using this ultimate on Stamplar looks to be pretty competitive. -- About alternative skills that were not used in this video: Consuming Trap - costs Magicka, so using this can be a boost to Stamina Sustain. If this is applied to an enemy who dies, you will also get a very generous resource return too. Nice for trash fights or boss fights with smaller mobs. However, Stamina sustain on Stamplar is already pretty good, and it is not necessarily a DPS gain, but might be useful in fights where channelled abilities don't do well, e.g. when a lot of blocking is needed. Restoring Focus - A great utility skill. Gives a huge amount of resistances (Major Resistances plus a 50% bonus when standing inside the Rune). 240 Stamina is recovered every second after it is cast too, which is very useful for Stamina sustain. Poison Injection - feels super weird having to putting this skill here in this section on a Stamina PVE Build. Might be useful to have on the back bar instead of one of the Fighter's Guild skills, if you need some added range on certain fights. Still a pretty strong ability in execute. Whirling Blades - a spammable/execute that is very useful when a dual-wield AOE setup is desired. Not recommended for pure use in Single Target execution though. Empowering Sweep - a pretty decent, low-costing Ultimate. Excels when multiple enemies are hit, so great in AOE fights. Vigor / Ring of Preservation (back-barred) - for extra self-heals if needed. I would recommend replacing one of the back bar Fighter's Guild abilities. Rending Slashes - if you want to add some true DOT damage, then you could slot this on your front bar. Not necessarily a DPS gain, but might be useful in fights where channelled abilities don't do well, e.g. when a lot of blocking is needed. -- Track: Feint - Shockwave (feat.
