On Tuesday January 10th 2012 at 6:05 PM, two female victims reported that they entered one of the washrooms located in Curtis Lecture Hall at York University. While using the washroom they both noticed a suspicious individual in the stall beside them. They observed the suspect reach under the stall holding a cellular phone in his hand. Both females exited the washroom and waited outside for the suspect to leave. A short time later the male suspect was seen exiting the female washroom. On Tuesday January 10th 2012 at 8:30 PM, a female victim entered a washroom located at Curtis Lecture Hall at York University. While using the washroom, she noticed a male suspect looking over the stall. The suspect fled the washroom once he had realized that the victim had spotted him. Suspect: Male, brown, age 23, 5'8"- 9", 169 to 180 lbs, Medium build, Thin Face, chin strap beard, dark eyes, black hear, wearing a grey knitted sweater, blue jean pants, grey shiny sneakers with two straps, grey toque. On Tuesday January 24th 2012 at 8:55 PM, the female victim reported entering the female washroom at Stacy Lecture Hall at York University. The victim noticed that one of the stalls was occupied by someone with large shoes that appeared to belong to a male. Victim exited the washroom and waited with a friend outside. The security alarm button was activated by the victim at which time the suspect was observed exiting the female washroom and running away from the scene. The victim and her friend gave chase but to no avail. Suspect: Male, brown, age 21-23, 6' tall, 185 lbs, short beard chin strap style, square jaw, wearing dark blue or black jeans, flat shoes brown or dark green with beige sole's and 2 lines down the side, dark grey hoodie with black jacket over top and a dark brown or black back pack.
