Automatic Packaging Line - Rinse, Fill and Cap

This automatic packaging line includes an inverting rinsing machine, gravity filler and an automatic ROPP capping machine. Bottles are loaded onto a turntable and transferred to the rinsing machine to remove dust and debris prior to receiving product. The automatic gravity filler includes individually timed fill heads to ensure accurate volumetric fills. As seen in the video, this filling machine also accommodates smaller bottles by employing an every-other-bottle fill technique. Once filled, bottles move down the conveyor to the automatic ROPP capper where caps are presented to each container prior to entering the capping area. The ROPP capping machine uses special capping heads to thread caps onto the bottle.
