Preheat your oven for 400°F. When the pastry is ready to thaw, put it on the floured cutting board, unfold the pastry, roll out the pastry for 12 by 14 inch rectangle, set it aside while preparing the berry filling. Triple Berry Filling: 1 cup of Fresh Strawberries, cut in halves and quarter to dice 1 cup of Fresh Blueberries 1 cup of Fresh Raspberries 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar ½ cup of Granulated Sugar mix in 2 tablespoons of Corn Starch In a large bowl, put in the berries, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar with corn starch, and toss it around to decoat.
