2141-V11: an anti-CD40 monoclonal antibody for tumor regression in patients with metastatic cancer
Juan Osorio, MD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, The Rockefeller University, New York, NY, introduces an in-human Phase I study (NCT04059588), which explored the efficacy and safety of 2141-V11, an anti-CD40 monoclonal antibody engineered to enhance the binding to the inhibitory receptor FcγRIIB, a critical interaction in the antitumor activity of antibodies. The study was developed to induce tumor regression whilst reducing drug-related toxicities in patients with metastatic cancer. This interview took place at the 39th Annual Meeting Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer 2024, Houston, TX.
