How might a Final Fight game look if it were created using Street Fighter Alpha art style? This Seep's fangame gives us a glimpse of how it could be. Final Fight Alpha was one of the first OpenBOR games that introduced me to the engine. I have great respect for this game due to its standardized graphics, we don't see sprites with different graphics. I truly enjoyed the classic enemies in the SFA art style, and the sprites for Haggar by ‪@seanaltly‬ were the standout features. Another thing that I liked is the boss music which is a remix of Garuda's theme from SFEX. A thing that was kinda an obstacle for me is that we can't grab some enemies; I wouldn't mind if it were only Hugo and Abigail due to their sizes, but some enemies like Axl, Slash, and Birdie aren't so big to justify that. Well, this is an OpenBOR game that can be considered as an example in terms of graphics. Although it lacks in other aspects, such as enemy intelligence and gameplay mechanics, considering the period during which the engine was developed, it's a good fan game. Those familiar with this game may have noticed the absence of a flash that appears when defeating an enemy. I found that effect to be quite repetitive, so I decided to remove it, except for bosses. I also made some edits to Haggar, improving his final combo delay, jump height, the pipe projectile (now with 8 frames), and randomizing his voices in some moves.
