Cycling FTP test - I am checking my cycling fitness -

This is going to hurt... It's often said that to push your limits you first have to find them. As I begin my 2021 training to the Ironman, I decided to complete a cycling FTP test (Functional Threshold Power Test). This will help me train efficiently over the couple of months. I have used the ramp test on Zwift. I am just a normal woman who fell in love with outdoor adventures and sports challenges.
