In this video, I'll be showcasing a Torterra deck featuring Serperior and Celebi. Serperior has the ability to double the Grass-type Energy attached to our Pokémon, which helps prepare Torterra & Celebi more quickly. Torterra has massive damage potential but can't attack again until the end of our next turn. To bypass this limitation, we use a fossil tech to allow Torterra to attack again on the following turn.
