Painting 15 mm White Uniforms - using grey primer: WSS Spanish Seas of Naples Infantry Regiment

I have started painting my Spanish army of the War of Spanish Succession. The figures are 15 mm Legio Heroica, although from the Russian army. Never mind, I'll dress them up a bit. Many regiments in the Spanish Army wore white, so I took the opportunity to try a pair of techniques for white clothing. In this video I start with a technique and colors that I already know well, because I use grey primer and I use washes a lot. I'm working on the following video, with white clothes also, but starting from black primer. This is ine of the most senior Spanish regiments recorded, for it was created around 1537 by Emperor Charles V under the name of Tercio de la Mar de Nápoles (=Seas of Naples). Provisionally renamed Regimiento de Infantería nº 3 in 1701, it was reorganized in 1704 as the Regimiento de la Mar de Nápoles, a name that would be kept until 1718 when it was renamed again as Regimiento de La Corona.
