Russian presidential aide Nikolai Patrushev highlighted India’s growing role as a leading maritime power, saying it “fully aligns” with Russia’s strategic priorities. Speaking in New Delhi, he emphasized that strong maritime positions are vital for national security and for the creation of a multipolar world order.
