As a new agent, you want to find a brokerage that will lift you up and support you throughout your career. Always always always look for a brokerage that offers training so you can take classes and always improve yourself. Finally, make sure you join the local and national boards. When you do that, you get the credibility associated with REALTORS® (yes, a REALTOR® is different from a real estate agent) and you also get access to the forms, documents, contracts, local news, info, and national updates in the industry. These boards are a necessity for any agent.
