In this small, remote community, the villagers gathered to witness the love of the married couple, Samane and Sasan, the nephew of Saeed, after their engagement was announced at Saeed's home two days prior. Of course, there were both those who were happy and those who were sad. It was well known that Samane, a beautiful girl with gentle manners, kindness, and a friendly disposition to those she met, would naturally have many young men vying for her attention and trying to win her heart. When love and choosing a spouse come only once, Samane decides on the best for herself, Sasan. The engagement thus takes place amidst both joy and disappointment but life must go on. An important step in starting married life is the acceptance of both the bride and groom's families. Today, parents and senior relatives from both sides are taking the prospective bride and groom to register their marriage at the district office according to the law. Nomadic weddings in this country, such as those among the Bakhtiari, are traditionally celebrated with festivities and then legally registered to conform to civil law. While ceremonies occur in remote areas, a cleric must register the marriage. A legal marriage certificate is issued after registration with the official registry office. Registration Process: Nomads often register their marriages shortly after the traditional ceremony. Legal Requirement: Marriages must follow Sharia law and be registered to be legal, typically overseen by a clergyman, even if done remotely by phone in remote location. Required documents for official registration usually include birth certificates, national ID cards, and sometimes parental consent. The official document is a marriage contract issued after the ceremony is validated. For legal recognition in this country, the marriage must be registered with the appropriate government authority. And so, the married life of another young nomadic couple from this village has begun. It is a joyous occasion and a hopeful expectation to see them happy as they start their married life. We hope the viewers will appreciate our traditions and culture. Saeed and his children would like to thank all the viewers who have followed their life story. We are always happy to share our family story with you all. We wish you all happiness and good health.
