Keli Snyder from LaTrax shows you how to setup your Alias to perform multiple flips and rolls. The Alias is designed with the capability to perform advanced aerobatic maneuvers, including multiple flips and rolls. To perform these advanced moves, the AUX buttons on the transmitter must be programmed using the transmitter setting menu. The auxiliary buttons on the transmitter can each be individually programmed to perform custom functions such as initiating flips, twists, and rolls, controlling the lighting, and controlling auxiliary devices when installed. Out of the box, the left button (AUX1) is programmed to perform single maneuvers (F1) and the right button (AUX2) is used to turn the lights on and off (L1). This video will show you how to reprogram your left AUX1 button to initiate triple (3) flips and rolls and the right AUX2 button to initiate quintuple (5) flips and rolls. Detailed instructions: 1. Turn the transmitter on. 2. Enter the transmitter setting menu by pressing and holding the throttle stick for 2 seconds until "MENU" appears in the upper left corner of the LCD screen. 3. Click the throttle stick two times. AUX1 will appear on the LCD screen. 4. Press the AUX1 button until F2 appears on the LCD screen. 5. Click the throttle stick one time. AUX2 will appear on the LCD screen. 6. Press the AUX2 button until F3 appears on the LCD screen. 7. Press and hold the throttle stick for 2 seconds to exit the setting menu. The AUX1 button is now programmed to perform triple flips and rolls; the AUX2 button is now programmed to perform quintuple flips and rolls. The Alias will only perform these maneuvers using the AUX buttons in Fast mode. 8. Select Fast mode on the transmitter by clicking the flight stick once. In Fast mode, the green LED will flash, and the LCD will display EXP1. 9. Arm the helicopter and fly up to an altitude of at least 30 feet (9m). 10. Click the desired AUX button (left AUX1 for triple flips and rolls; right AUX2 for quintuple flips and rolls). 11. Enter a quick stick command in the chosen direction. Tip: Fly in a large, open outdoor area over soft grass. A local park or soccer field is an ideal location. To learn more about the LaTrax Alias visit: http://latrax.com/alias-overview.htm
