This move was made famous by no other than Rajon Rondo. In this basketball tutorial I break down some of the finer details on how to make these basketball moves so effective. The most important thing is to stop on a dime. Most basketball moves become twice as effective when you are able to use athleticism to put the defense in a recovery situation where they will then bite on fakes due to the fact they are out of position. The second part of this is the ball fake. Like I stated in the tutorial, you can fake high or low. If you are faking against a point guard then a high fake will work better since you are working to get them to leave the ground to block the shot. Against taller players you need to be more cautious with your basketball moves that expose the ball due to the fact they could knock it out.
