As I mentioned in my Nutrition video: • MY APPROACH TO NUTRITION | Student Rower I have been following an IIFYM style diet for a long time now, meaning I have a goal macronutrient breakdown to hit for any given day, but I have freedom in how I reach those numbers. As I have been limited in the amount of training I can complete over the last couple of weeks, I have adjusted my calorie intake by reducing them in line with the reduction in calorie expenditure. This video follows me along with my training and eating on Saturday 16th September, where I complete a Legs and Back session in the gym before eating Quest protein bars, Protein yogurt, Popcorn and Nando’s along with loads of Fruit & Veg.
