This Cake is a true treat for you, made with roasted hazelnuts and chocolate Recipe: For the crust: • 1 cup baking mix flour • 1/4 cup melted butter • 1 egg Combine well into a soft dough, spread evenly over the prepared pan with parchment paper and bake at 375f for 10 minutes, let it cool For the filling: • Separate 1 cup milk, out of 800 ml, • add 3 packages of hazelnut pudding powder • 3/4 cup sugar, mix well then add this pudding mixture into 800 ml milk, and cook on medium heat until it’s thickened. Let it cool completely • in a separate bowl mix in 250 grams softened butter and • 1/2 cup icing sugar, until fluffy Combine pudding and butter mixture together and add 250 grams of roasted hazelnuts, half ground, half chopped Divide filling into three portions • 3 tbsp of cocoa powder in one portion • 3 tbsp melted white chocolate in second portion • 3 tbsp of dark chocolate in the third portion Layer the cake Cocoa powder filling first, then white chocolate filling second layer, then dark chocolate filling third layer Refrigerate the cake for 1 hour Top cake with hazelnut mousse, and sprinkle it with crushed or ground roasted hazelnuts, as much as you want Most delicious cake I have made Enjoy ☺️
