Today’s vlog is all about our pregnancy check-up day! 🏥🤰 Me and my husband visited the hospital for my routine check-up and this time the experience was so beautiful and reassuring. My doctor recommended four important exercises that help prepare the body for normal delivery: ✨ Squats ✨ Sukhasana ✨ Butterfly pose ✨ Breathing techniques In the last visit, my doctor was upset with me but today she was extremely happy, even gave me a tight hug and said both me and my baby are super healthy. Hearing that felt so emotional and motivating! ❤️ I also addressed something important in this vlog: Please don’t spread negativity about normal delivery. I’m manifesting a smooth and normal delivery and I truly believe it will happen. Let’s wish every pregnant woman well and support them with positivity. After the check up, my husband surprised me by taking me out for my favourite food since I’ve been eating only homemade meals for days. My tummy was so happy! 😄 By the end of the vlog, I shared how I used to feel nervous during hospital visits but today was completely different...full of happiness and relief.
