He has experience leading processing staff in medical process development, conducting advanced processing training, creating scientific workbooks, implementing new systems and procedures, and more. Paul’s expertise is in advanced processing training, automation design, automation programming, cell implementation, medical molding, tool design, and scientific molding. He has an Associates degree in plastics, has received his MasterMolder® I and II certificates, and is Train the Trainer qualified. Paul now brings his vast knowledge and experience to molders across the Northeast region through classroom training and custom onsite consulting at RJG.
