Eric rode mountain bikes with friends, and Paula got to watch her family compete in a rowing time trial. We rushed back to Canmore to avoid driving in a winter storm, and woke up to find over a foot of snow. A swim workout with Jordan Bryden, Ultraman World champion, and an indoor cycling session to cap things off. What a week.
