WHY. WHY WHY. Takes breath I did a comparison for myself between Cipher and Tribbie. Gotta say that true dmg is indeed the best dmg, as per usual. So, maaaaybe a e1 Tribbie is better here... BUT I REFUSE TO BELIEVE IT. There's a laaaarge aoe phases here, and Cipher just stores all that dmg just to throw it all up to singletarget Lygus, which is great. Yet, still wasn't enough.
