Military spending is under intense scrutiny on Capitol Hill as reports reveal billions in confirmed fraud within the Department of Defense (DOD). A House Oversight Subcommittee convened for a hearing Wednesday to address the issue, highlighting that from 2017 to 2024, the DOD reported approximately $10.8 billion in confirmed fraud.
