Moicano (19-5-1 MMA, 11-5 UFC) rallied back to stop Jalin Turner (14-8 MMA, 7-5 UFC) with ground-and-pound at the 4:11 mark of the second round Saturday at UFC 300 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Turner gave plenty of trouble to Moicano in the first, and maybe even missed an opportunity to get the win. After rocking him a couple of times, Moicano was able to survive by taking down Turner. But toward the end of the round, Turner got back on his feet and badly dropped Moicano. Instead of following up, Turner walked away thinking he scored a walk-off KO. Unfortunately for Turner, Moicano was still game and the fight continued. Moicano stood back up and managed to survive the rest of the round. In Round 2, Moicano took the fight to the ground, mounted Turner, then finished him with ground-and-pound.
