Mitomycin C is given as a chemotherapy, it changes DNA of cancer cells, it has to be given after TURBT, it comes in dose of 40mg and 60 mg, here in video we have instilled 40 mg of Mitomycin, you should dilute it with 50 ml of normal saline, before instillation, care to be taken, it should not come in contact with skin of you or patient because it is highly carcinogenic, before instilling it, you should clamp every thing, so that it may not come out, after that instill it in bladder via foley's cathetor, now clamp the foley's for 2 hours.
