It's pretty easy to take your body for granted, disregard its messages and abuse it. Learning to slow down and honor the pleasure/pain sensations and borders within through creative movement will change how you experience sensations as they arise in your everyday life. WildFlow is a self-directed, silent, meditative body movement practice to explore your edges and activate your power. WildFlow will spark a unique creative relationship to your body through movement impulses that originate from deep within you. Learning to let the Wild impulses bubble up and dictate your Flow strengthens your trust in making choices from those same sensations in life. You may have learned to give your power away to others that know better or more than you do. I believe that No One else knows what is right for you. You carry the messages and the answers. This is self-directed intimate re-patterning - in a time when knowing what feels true for you is vitally important. Enjoy!
