2019 Volvo NovaBus LFS (8751) on the Bx90 Subway Shuttle route

This is an onboard video of the Bx90* operating on the 5 Subway Shuttle from Light Street to East 180 Street under operation of the Gun Hill Depot (a descendant of the Manhattan and Bronx Surface Transit Operating Authority, a subsidiary using the MTA New York City Bus title). Bus featured in this video is a 2019 Volvo NovaBus LFS standard coach bus numbered 8751, one of a staggered order of buses initially split between Queens Village Depot, Yukon Depot, Castleton Depot (descendants of the North Shore Bus Company and Isle Transportation operating under the civil division of MTA New York City Bus) and Kingsbridge Depot as well as Gun Hill Depot (themselves descendants of MaBSTOA, a subsidiary division using the aforementioned title). All 5 Subway Shuttle stops were made on the forty minute interval journey; this video was taken on October 5th, 2025. *The Bx90 Subway Shuttle route label was retired not too long ago; in it's place, the T113 became the new Subway Shuttle route label for the 5 Subway Shuttle; however, the older Bx90 Subway Shuttle route label was displayed on this standard coach bus.
