JORDAN Chief Warrant Officer Four, USN (Ret.) Robert Jordan, originally from Saint Remy, New York, was active in sports and the Future Farmers of America during his youth. He graduated from Kingston High School in 1977 and later earned an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Ulster County Community College. He later earned another Associate of Arts in Political Science from the same college and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from SUNY Albany. In December 1992, the Golden Key National Honor Society inducted Robert. In February 1993, Robert enlisted in the U.S. Navy.   Robert served in the Navy in both international analytical and support roles, including assignments with Naval Special Warfare. He was a Naval Instructor, Master Training Specialist, Senior Enlisted Leader, and later commissioned as a Chief Warrant Officer. Throughout his career, Robert deployed to the Western Pacific, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Arabian Gulf. He also supported Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and Operation IRAQI FREEDOM, completing five tours of duty with ground units in Afghanistan and conducting contingency operations in eastern Africa.
