How to use Scott Ceran, induction booster stovetop. 1. You must have a pot/pan on the burner in order for it to heat up 2. These burners heat very quickly and get hot fast! 3. Only place your pot/pan on the burner when you're ready to begin cooking (there is no "heating up the pan" time to account for). With that said, make sure your pot/pan has water or oil in it. 4. You can lock the burner and set a timer 5. The burner will sense when you remove the pan and turn off, BUT, it will also sense when you put it back on the burner and turn back on unless you turn off the burner by using the power button (all burners) or lowering the burner's heat until it's off ***by "Imperial" I meant INDUCTION 🙃 Here's the guy's video that got me started :) His stovetop was a little different though • How to use SCHOTT CERAN induction
