[TAS] Sim Theme All Parks Speedrun in

This is a first draft of a TAS/segmented run for the Sim Theme Park All Parks speedrun. See the leaderboard here for RTA times: https://www.speedrun.com/Sim_Theme_Park This was my first time using BizHawk in particular and TAS tools in general. There are undoubtedly many optimizations that I overlooked or failed to take into consideration. I am especially curious to know if lag reduction techniques could be used to save a substantial amount of time over the course of an entire run, but this would need to be tested more extensively. Perhaps I will make a second draft of this if there is enough interest.
