What follows is the obvious experience of the joy of achievement, so potent in little ones. When traumatic events occur in the world, it is inspirational when those around respond from the heart—when judgement and revenge is far from their minds. Where both sides in a conflict resort to harming others physically and causing emotional suffering, the energy in all is reduced unless there is awareness. Do not allow dark actions to get you down for that achieves nothing of value. Remember who you are—that the world is an illusion. Remember that any suffering is a call for love and go within immediately. Send the love you feel over the whole event. When you can feel gratitude for all that is good out there, the love within becomes a vast field. Sit in this and feel your wholeness—your oneness with all of life, for this is the truth of you all. If you have some sickness, heal it by revelling in the wholeness you find when gratitude and love fill your being. When you feel yourself in this field, the body disappears from your consciousness and you experience the perfection of your Self—the love of God, inviolate and within. Then all concern for the body also disappears and normal function is restored in divine timing. A deep sense of peace prevails. It is helpful to enter this state every night just before sleep, for then the night will be filled with an inner peace and healing only experienced in those who have surrendered all to God. I am the Christ and I see the same in you for we are all brothers and sisters in the light. Feel the profound joy of this beloved ones.
