This former perfume bastide in Grasse is filled with original features, old shutters, checkerboard floors, high ceilings and the most breathtaking garden views across the Riviera. It’s currently still for sale, and we were given full access to tour the house and grounds with the agent. Ryan is sharing more French properties over on his channel, and as we are actively looking for an investment property to add value to, this visit felt particularly interesting.
