This video is intended for people with an overall understanding of the 3D production process in Blender for games and animation. You should be able to slow down and pause the video at any moment to see which shortcut keys I use, but if some processes are unclear, please ask me in the comments below. This entire project (renders, animation, variants, revisions, and troubleshooting included) took 93 hours. The Shrinkwrap Modifier and the Subdivision Modifier were used heavily to construct the many irregular armor shapes. The main features and proportions of the Zaku II and its variants were mainly based on the Master Grade 2.0 Zaku II model kit from 2007. Very few add-ons were used in this entire project, but the ones that were used are exactly the same as the add-ons displayed at the beginning of the RX-78 video on this channel ( • RX-78 Gundam - Mecha in Blender 3D Modelin... . This workflow relies on polygonal modeling and subdivision, it does not include sculpting at all.
