Here is the Elimation Round of " Greater Fiends Gauntlet Tournament " , hosted by me and ‪@xDLloyd091x‬ Big thanks to him for working on the video-editing of this! Thank you to Team Ninja for supporting this Event by providing some NINJA GAIDEN 2 BLACK Keys Codes as Giveaway for the viewers, special thanks to MASTER for this. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you also to all participants! Together we created an explosive show, with intense matches, unexpected twists, and loads of adrenaline 🥷⚔️. Despite all the technical issues, the show was incredible and the community had a blast: it was truly a fantastic experience! The most important thing is that we came together as a community to celebrate the return of our beloved saga: Ninja Gaiden, in this Year of the Ninja, which kicked off with the release of Ninja Gaiden 2 Black, the game on which this tournament was held ❤️ This was the first Ninja Gaiden tournament I organized, it wasn’t easy: technical problems, long pauses, and I apologize if I couldn’t interact much in chat, I was fully focused on managing everything 😔 I wanted to be as inclusive as possible, letting each participant choose how to share their screen — Twitch, YouTube, PlayStation Party, or Discord — which made organizing more complex, as every time I had to set everything up and resize screens. I truly apologize for the technical issues and the downtime during the tournament, and I take full responsibility: I will learn from this experience and do much better next time 💪 We also had to make on-the-fly changes: the tournament was going too long and, with players dropping out and others not even making it to a match, we switched from a Double Elimination to a Single Elimination format. As a compromise, we brought back two players from the Loser Bracket to replace those who had left, allowing the show to continue and finish faster. During the tournament I learned a lot: as the show progressed, I was able to manage and set everything up faster, solving technical issues and optimizing the timings. I understood my mistakes and, for sure, next time I’ll do even better, aiming to make everything smoother and more professional. Despite being exhausting and stressful — with a show lasting 15 hours and without even a moment to eat 😅 — I am happy and satisfied: the show worked, the community appreciated it, and that means more than anything to me ❤️ Some matches left me breathless, with incredible twists and plays that made my heart race, exciting both me and the spectators 💥 🙏 Special thanks to: ‪@xDLloyd091x‬ who kept me company throughout the event and co-commentated the tournament with me, providing top-level, professional, and engaging commentary. ‪‪@JohnathanCBrown‬ and ‪‪@_pennywize‬ , for alternating to manage the timings for one of the two players during matches, allowing Loyd to focus on commentary, while I handled the other player and the full tournament organization.
