Childs Passport sized photo - JPEG file of size at most 256KB 2. Childs Birth certificate - JPEG OR PDF file of size at most 256KB  Other INFORMATION needed for filling online application. 1. Valid Mobile number for OTP’s 2. Valid Email ID for authentication 3. Full Child Details – First & Last Name, Gender, Blood Group and DoB 4. Full Parents Details – Name, Full Address, Occupation, Organization (Usually for service category), Nationality, Country of Residence, Service Priority category, Contact number & Email ID of both parents 5. Caste Category – SC/ST/OBC-NCL OR Open 6. Details of BPL / EWS certificate – Certificate number, Date of Issue, Issuing authority 7. Choice of School / Schools – 1 to max 3 Schools in one application 8. Radial Distance of School from Home – For RTE – 5 KM / 8 KM 9. Category 1 to 4 – Central/Army/State/PSU’s – Need to enter Transfer details (If available) – 7 years Documents to be submitted in school after your child is selected for Admission Once you get call from school OR your child’s name in the selection list – ONLINE / School notice board  For Admission under RTE Quota 1. Childs Passport sized photo 2. Childs Birth certificate 3. Child’s & Parents Aadhaar 4. Address Proof – Any Govt ID , If Rental – Registered Rental agreement 5. Caste Certificate – SC/ST/OBC-NCL – As applied for from Local VAO in Child’s Name Note – Certificate validity from 1-April to 31-March only -so take after 1-APRIL 6. BPL / EWS (only for OC) certificate – As applied for 7.
