In this video, you'll learn: Step-by-Step Instructions for Converting Your Plant: 1. Gather Your Materials: You'll need Leca, a pot with drainage holes, a container for rinsing the Leca, and your Aglaonema plant. 2. Remove the Plant from Soil: Gently take your Aglaonema out of its pot, being careful not to damage the roots. Shake off as much soil as possible. 3. Rinse the Roots: Rinse the roots under lukewarm water to remove any remaining soil. This helps prevent any potential rot when transitioning to Leca. 4. Prepare the Leca: Rinse the Leca in water to remove any dust or debris. This ensures better drainage and aeration for your plant once it’s potted. 5.
