Santa Ana, CA - Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 10:53 p.m. several Santa Ana Police Officers including a Sargent, an airship and two Crime Scene Investigation Technicians were at the scene of what appeared to be a marijuana dispensary raid in the 2500 N. block of Grand Ave. Although it appeared to be a police raid, according to a watch commander on duty at that time, "police were called to the location on an apparent trespass situation." When asked for further details regarding the incident, the spokesman stated he did not have further information since his Sargent had not yet informed him of the circumstances. Two Crime Scene Investigation technicians appeared to gather evidence and took pictures of the building, such activity did not indicate a simple trespass situation that included seven individuals to include four males and three females. All seven individuals previously mentioned were seated on the curb outside the establishment. They were questioned, arrested, handcuffed and transported to a local jail. The building displayed large decal signs conspicuously posted on and near exterior doors dated 11/07/2017 that such building was unsafe and in a substandard condition. A yellow sign stated, "DO NOT ENTER UNLAWFUL TO OCCUPY This Property Has Been Identified As An Illegal Medical Marijuana Collective And Has Been Closed Pursuant To S.A.M.C. Sec 18-610 ET SEQ. The sign displayed a phone number (714) 667-2780 were people could report any activity to. As police conducted their investigation, several unsuspecting patrons drove into the parking lotof the building however as soon as they noticed what was taking place they quickly departed. Others simply slowed down on Grand Ave then sped away without entering the parking area. By HitAndRunJustice.com
