During the consultation it is recommended to bring in photographs of your face in your twenties. This allows Dr Maloney to see the youthful structure of your face. His goal is to offer you a natural more youthful look, not a pulled stretched over done look. To achieve the most natural look after surgery, Dr Maloney will often combine the facelift procedure with fat transfer, chin augmentation or laser resurfacing. The procedures are comfortably performed in a fully licensed and accredited surgery center. A board certified anesthesiologist will offer you twilight or general anesthesia.
